We engaged Josh Smith of New Globe Homes to project manage our recent major refurbishment. This involved 2 x new bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring throughout, remodelling the lounge and complete redecoration. He was involved from the early planning and design phase until completion which was on time and on budget. He arranged all the trades-people and was always around inspecting and ensuring the highest standards of work. His attention to detail is amazing.
Most impressive has been his post completion service to take care of the inevitable snagging issues that arise with all projects. These have been dealt with promptly and effectively.We are thrilled with the result of our refurb and the way Josh made it a stress free experience for us
