New Globe Homes is a newly formed buildings service, refurbishment and maintenance company established by Josh Smith in 2015. It can boast a wealth of experience through the guidance of Josh’s father who successfully ran Ashtead Homes Limited for 35 years; building many high–end properties throughout the Surrey area. Through him Josh learned many skills which have set the standards for New Globe Homes; working in both the residential and commercial sectors in London and Surrey.
Notable clients include the Royal Automobile Club, Epsom and Kingswood House School, Epsom. They have also been awarded approved contractor status by Rendall & Rittner, a property Management and Residential Lettings Agency in London.
